About a month or two ago, my PC could run Brawl 60fps with V-Sync enabled, some minor stuttering at the beginning of a match but that faded away quickly, and is nothing I couldnt put up with. I have tried dumping the game multiple times, editing it in Wiiscrubber (deleting partitions, scrubbing, trimming.) or leaving it alone, and I've tried different revisions (with different compilers) of Dolphin in IL and not IL, in 64-bit and 32-bit, and on two different computers (albeit both Macs running Boot Camp). We are playing with the same iso, same save, with the same options, same Dolphin version (3.5-336), on arena with no random event. ![]() Framerate hits about 90, and nothing is seen or heard.
